Independence Day is available for your soul too!!!

Today we celebrate our countries independence from England. We celebrate the signing of the Declaration of Independence declaring our separation and freedoms. We can have that spiritually too, and not just at the point of salvation. But, anytime we feel we have moved away from Christ being are all in all and have stored up our own treasures, made our own plans, when we are so bogged down with poor choices, bad actions, and are bound so tight by the grip of sin all we can do is cry.

**Listen to Alabaster box, Shackles, Wake Me Up Inside, and A Place Called Grace on the playlist player!! ***
These songs are so powerful, really listen to the words, hear the promises, and declare your independence from the grip of sin and pour out that oil on the Savior's feet. Drop your problems, hurts, mistakes, poor choices all at His feet and feel the freedom. You can be free and see the fireworks in your life! Break off your shackles and be free. The truth is God, and He set you free, and you are free indeed. Walk and talk like it!, praise Him, for you are FREE!!! And no one can tell you different, no one can keep you from the Savior, He is calling you. Will you come to him and give him your pain? Will you let him remove your shackles and dance for the LORD!!!?

Happy Independence Day!!!

Grammar is so cool!!

I have taken a grammar workshop and learned how to write better! (Whoaho! Christmas in July!!!) You may actually be able to enjoy reading now, since you will now understand who or what I am referring. Moreover, the posts will be more concise, now that I know more words do not help make things clearer. This course was great and I finally understand the mechanics of grammar and can apply them. I guess age does have its positive effects too. I have struggled with my writing deficiencies for so long and it was just too hard to explain that I did not understand the grammar rules. I never learned the mechanics, it was just right papers and have the errors circled and keep rewriting until it finally passed. I love to write and journal, (I know; surprise, surprise! ) and now I can feel more confident sharing my writings.

Well as I edit the posts, I will put a little note at the top, (edited and the date). I will be working on them so come check the improved posts.

Thank you for your support and encouragement in sharing my thoughts even in the poor grammatical state. Your reward is on its way!!!

Uniquely orgainzed and utilized

(edited July 3, 2008; grammatical improved :)

I have received inquires about my homeschool slideshow. I make these myself. I love doing them just for fun and I discovered I can store a lot of information on CDs and DVDs and reduce many boxes and notebooks. So, I have started a way for me to share my passion, gift and talent with the computer and devices that is in keeping with my hearts desire to help people and share something positive and benefical and make legacies.

My new endeavor sums me up in three words, (oh stop!!! and that was only 2 :) Uniquely Organized and Utilized, one of my biggest challenges with traditional organization is to start you have to throw away stuff, and it is just not my style. If something is still useful or meaningful I want to find it a proper use or a good home, where the item is used and enjoyed. My pictures and momentoes are very, very important to me as a symbol and inspiration, so I need to be able to see them and use my treasures frequently, so I found MY "system" and it works pretty well. I want to share it with those who may be struggling with traditional organization too, and need a caring, understanding assistant to help them find "their system".

One part of my system is the CD and DVD slideshows and they can even be beneficial to the organized person just looking for a fun, functional way to store and use their pictures or lessons for school, they make great gifts too.
