I LOVE letters, cards, notes, papers, drawing whatever someone actually writes (or types now a days) but I keep things that most people toss, for probably longer then is considered necessary but days like today make it worth while. I have little boxes and files for notes and things that encourage me or make me smile, sometimes I write notes to remind me later why the item is in there :) today I was going through a file of things that made me smile in the last few months and I found the Mother's day card Charles made me with my "gift" inside. He asked me what I wanted for Mother's day and I told him all I wanted was a note about how he feels about me and something I do for him that he appreciates. Oh my.... I would have this framed but I like holding it.. Days and times like this make you feel so loved and appreciated and that you are doing a good job. Sometimes I just need to relish in these moments of past to get me through the days until the next one.
